When the colleges and universities take part in poverty alleviation,their main form is intelligence investment,the most no-table means is labor training,and the main aim is to drive industry to alleviate poverty.The colleges and universities should take the fol-lowing advantages in poverty alleviation： integrating study with application based on the discipline advantages,playing their collective efforts,making a long-term plan with longitudinal succession,focusing on good qualities of industrial planning,and servicing both sides relying upon the local government.
