With the advent of post-financial crisis and gradual recovery of global economy,the competition of international petroleum market will heat up.Facing with development trend of the world economic development and the diversified situation of overseas invest-ment risk,when expanding overseas investment,China petroleum enterprises should strengthen warning mechanism,cope with national emotion of the host countries,improve the policy and system of overseas investment,realize diversification of overseas investment,and increase personnel training and international competitiveness of China petroleum enterprises.
