摘要
人尽其用是人力资源管理的重要目标之一。合理配置人力资源,调动好员工积极性,最大程度发挥员工潜能,是企业应对地残酷市场竞争,求得生存与发展所必须具备的前提条件。从积极心理学视角出发,人力资源管理者在员工招聘中、在员工培训和开发中、在绩效考核中、在激励制度设置等方面,都要正确把握人性,更多地考虑员工高层次需求的产生,激发和引导员工人性中的积极品质(如积极情绪,自我效能感,自我实现的需求),努力创造一个能够促进员工自身积极品质形成和正面思考的综合制度,努力满足员工的合理需求,从而提升他们的动机和目标,以更好地促进企业发展。
Making the best possible use of employees is one of the vital targets for human resource management.The precondition of facing fierce market competition and seeking survival and development is to reasonably allocate human resource,arouse the employees' enthusiasm,and play their potential ability to great extent.Starting from the view of positive psychology,in the process of personnel re-cruitment,personnel training and development,performance appraisal,and incentive system installation,the managers of human re-sources should hold human nature properly,fully consider the generation of employees' high-level needs,arouse and guide the employ-ees' positive quality(i.e.positive emotion,self-efficacy,and the need of self-fulfillment),make an effort to create a comprehensive sys-tem to promote the employees' form and thought of positive quality,try to meet their reasonable need,and accordingly enhance their mo-tivation and target to promote better development of the enterprise.
