摘要
按照ＧＢ１１０５．１ ～ＧＢ１１０５ ．３ ８７《内燃机台架性能试验方法》，用ＧＢ ４６６ 型燃烧分析仪对ＴＮ４１００型车用柴油机的燃烧性能进行实测和分析。结果表明：标定功率４８ ｋＷ，标定转速２ ２００ ｒ／ｍｉｎ ，标定工况的燃油消耗率为２２３ ．６ ｇ／（ｋＷ·ｈ） ，最大扭矩工况的燃油消耗率为２１９ ．８ ｇ／（ｋＷ·ｈ） ，扭矩系数为１ ．１８ ，速度系数为１ ．５７。
This papersummarizesthe performancetest ofthe new developed model TN4100 vehicle dieselengine according to the bench test code GB1105 .1 ～GB105 .3 - 87 of internal combustion engine with Type CB466 combustion analyzer.The results show thatthe rated power outputis 48 kW atthe rated speed 2 200 r/min ,the BSFCare 223 .6 g/(kW·h) atthe rated speed operating condition and 219 .8 g/(kW·h) atthe maxium torque operating condition respectively .The maximum torque coefficientis 1 .18 ,the speed coefficientis 1 .57 .The good application ofthis engine is in prospect.
