摘要
本文对工程项目阐述了现场施工质量管理的主要任务，并详述了其主要应做好的几项工作：搞好设计图纸审核，搞好技术交底、落实质量管理计划，开展工前检查、做好技术复核，做好材料试验工作，做好隐蔽工程和分项工程的检查验收工作。
For engineering projcets,the paper expounds the main missions of the construaction quality management in work site.Several important works which shoud be done well are also described in detail as follows:doing well the examination of design drawings,doing well the technical illustration and making sure the plan of quality management,opening up pre construction inspection works,doing well technical check,material test,examination and acceptance of concealed works and partial works,as well as the final quality acceptance and evaluation works.
