日本是一个能源紧缺的国家，而发电能源结构经过了一个变化过程。文中介绍了日本电力现状及发电能源结构，分析了日本一次能源利用的特点，对目前我国一次能源利用提出了看法。

Japan is a country short of energy,while the energy mix for power generation experienced a changing process.In this paper the status quo of electric power and energy mix for power generation in Japan are introduced,the utilization features of primary energy in Japan are analyzed,and the views on the current primary energy utilization in China are raised.
