摘要
本文建立了一种轿车动力总成液压悬置及副车架系统的非线性力学模型,进行了系统固有振动特性的模拟计算,并得到实验模态分析结果的证实。对液压悬置和橡胶悬置系统的隔振特性进行了对比分析,结果表明液压悬置具有优良的隔振特性。此外还对副车架在动力总成隔振系统中的作用进行了研究。
A nonlinear analytical model of hydraulic engine mounts and sub-frame in a passenger car is set up, and the natural vibration characteristics of the vibration system are calculated, which are verified by the results of experimental modal analysis. A higher performance of hydraulic mounts in powertrain vibration isolation is demonstrated as compared with rubber mounts. In addition, the vibration isolation function of sub-frame for powertrain is also studied.
