Studying and Developing the Computer Management System of Construction Suppervision for Highway Engineering

概略地介绍了公路工程施工监理计算机管理系统研究与开发所取得的成果。在全面研究了国际上通行的ＦＩＤＩＣ合同条件，交通部所颁发的设计、施工、监理、质量检验评定等标准规范以及国家有关基本建设工程的法律条文的基础上，结合福建省泉厦高速公路的工程实际对系统进行了需求分析和总体设计，进而开发了招标咨询、合同管理、费用监理、进度控制和质量监理５个子系统。

In this paper the authors outlines the findings in studying and developing the computer management system of construction supervision for highway engineering. Based on a careful study of the FIDIC contract conditions, Standard specifications issued by the Ministry of Communications and the state law about capital construction, the demand analysis and the overall design are carried out by incorporating the engineering practice of Qianzhou-Xiamen Expressway in Fujian Province; then five subsystems, i.e. tender consult, contract management, expenses supervision, progress control and quality supervision, are developed.
