摘要
分析了质量监理的现状和系统需求，介绍了系统的总体结构和其中各模块的主要功能，详细阐述了系统采用的主要数学模型，并对系统的软、硬件环境进行了说明。
In this paper, the present state of quality control and the requirement of system are analyzed; the total structure of system and the major functions of all the modules are given; the main mathematical models which are adopted in the system are explained in detail. Finally, the environment which the software and hard required in the system is shown.
