Development of ABS-PVC Blend Resin

本文通过采用 ABS,PVC,增容剂三元共混体系,借助机械共混方法,寻求树脂的最佳配比及对增容剂品种和用量的系统选择,制成了性能优良的 ABS/PVC 塑料合金.该合金不仅具有冲击强度高、耐燃性好、价格低廉等特点,而且其它性能指标与 ABS 相近,是一种很有发展前途的新型材料.

In this paper,the development of ABS-PVC blend resin,which has a high impact strength,flame resistance and low price and is similar to ABS resin in other properties,by using three components system:ABS,PVC and dissolvents,and with the aid of a mechani- cal mixing method and searching an optimum proportion of ABS and PVC resins and opti- mum selection of the kinds and quantity of the dissolvents is presented.This new kind of blend resin has a great future.
