摘要
为了提高发酵单位,应用正交设计筛选出培养基中13种原材料的配比;应用均匀设计进一步证明4种显著性因素的配比.经筛选后的新配方比原配方提高发酵率30.32%.
An orthogonal test has been executed to screen out the proportion of 13 kinds of raw material in the culture medium to improve the fermentation unit.A further uniform de- sign tests has demonstrated,the constituents of 4 outstanding factors.In comparison to the original constituent,the fermentation rate of the new constituent has increased by a factor of 30.32%.
