摘要 目的探讨新型三联栓塞材料在肝血管瘤栓塞治疗中的应用价值。方法对47例肝血管瘤病人通过超选择性肝动脉插管,应用平阳霉素、超液态碘油和生物微球embosphere组成的新型三联栓塞材料治疗肝血管瘤。观察治疗前和治疗后12月血管瘤的大小变化、临床症状及并发症的发生情况。结果治疗完成后所有患者在术后12个月复查CT,见瘤体营养血管闭塞不通。其内碘油沉积良好,15例患者出现血管瘤消失。47例病人中肿瘤缩小>50%或消失者为28例,瘤体缩小30%~50%为16例,肿体缩小<30%为5例。结论新型三联栓塞材料治疗肝血管瘤安全有效,是理想的肝血管瘤介入手段。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of new trilogy materials in the embolization therapy for hepatic cavernous hemangioma. Methods Totally 47 patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma were analyzed retrospectively. Patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma were superselectively embolized with Pingyangmycin,lipiodol and Biomicrospheres. The changes of clinic symptoms,tumor diameters,and complications were observed before treatment and at 12 months after treatment. Results CT scans showed that the blood supply disappeared,and tumor diameter reduced in all patients at 12 months after treatment. The lipiodol deposited well in all the tumors,lesions in 15 patients disappeared. Of the 48 patients,28 patients’ tumor diameter reduced more than 50% or disappeared,16 patients’ tumor diameter reduced 30%~50%,and 5 patients’ tumor diameter reduced less than 30%. The clinic symptoms alleviated or disappeared in all patients. No severe complications developed during and after therapy. Conclusion: Superselective hepatic artery embolization treatment with new trilogy materials is an ideal and safe method for patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma.
