早发冠心病患者血浆sOX40L及BNP水平与冠脉病变程度的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察早发冠心病患者血浆sOX40L及BNP水平与冠脉病变程度的关系。方法 100例入选的早发冠心病患者,根据临床症状分为急性心肌梗死(AMI组)44例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP组)33例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP组)23例;根据冠脉造影分为多支(21例)、单支(49例)、双支(30例)病变组。均应用免疫荧光法和免疫比浊法对其进行血浆BNP及sOX40L水平检测并与冠脉造影正常对照组(34例)作比较。结果⑴AMI组平均OX40L明显高于UAP组、SAP组和对照组(P<0.01)UAP组平均sOX40L明显高于对照组(P<0.01),SAP组sOX40L明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。多支病变组平均sOX40L高于单支、双支和正常对照组(P<0.01)。⑵AMI组平均BNP明显高于UAP组、SAP组和对照组(P<0.01),UAP组平均BNP明显高于SAP组和对照组(P<0.01),SAP组高于对照组(P<0.05)。多支病变组平均BNP高于单支、双支和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论早发冠心病的患者血浆sOX40L和BNP的水平明显升高,且与冠脉病变程度呈正相关,可为危险分层提供有益的信息。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma soluble OX40 ligend(sOX40L) ,B-type natriuretic peptide BNP level and the severity of coronary lesions in patients with premature coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with CHD,including 44 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) ,33 cases of angina pectoris(UAP) and 23 cases of angina pectoris(SAP) ,and 34 normal subjects without CHD diagnosed by CAG served as the control group,were subjected to detect the plasma levels of sOX40L and BNP. Among the 100 cases,the number of patients with single,double and three vessel lesion diagnosed by CAG were 49,30,21. Results The plasma levels of sOX40L and BNP in AMI,UAP,SAP,and the control group were different. Those in AMI group were higher than those in SAP group and UAP and control group(P〈0. 01) . The plasma levels of sOX40L in SAP group were higher than those in control group(P〈0.05) . The plasma levels of sOX40L and BNP in single,double and three vessel lesion group were higher than those in control group(P〈0. 01) . Conclusion Plasma levels of sOX40L and BNP are associated with clinical phenotypes of CHD and elevated levels are signifi cantly associated with more complex lesions Assay for plasma levels of the sOX40L and BNP in patients with premature coronary heart disease can carry helpful important information for acute coronary syndrome risk stratifi cation.
