摘要
本文旨在分析26例进展期贲门癌患者的双介入治疗,并实施严密的护理观察,预防及及时治疗介入术后并发症。全部患者自觉症状均有不同程度的好转。结果表明护理工作是保证介入治疗成功的不可缺的部分,积极认真地做好相应的护理工作,除了要有崇高的敬业精神及强烈的责任心之外,相应的专业护理知识和技能更是重中之重,不可缺乏之要素。
This paper analyzed 26 cases of advanced cardia cancer who received dual interventional therapy and nursing to prevent postoperative complications. The symptom in all patients was alleviated at different degrees. Results showed that nursing is the essential part of success of intervention. The earnest corresponding nursing work included not only the lofty respect-work spirit and strong sense of responsibility,but also the corresponding nursing professional knowledge and skills.
