抗战时期中国共产党的农村支部研究——以山东抗日根据地为例

A Study of the Rural Party Branches during the War against Japanese Aggression:A Case Study of the Anti-Japanese Bases in Shandong

抗战时期中共农村支部发展十分迅速,在根据地乡村社会达到了很高的普及程度。但从上级组织对支部的领导、支部的组织状况和工作效能来看,仍然存在一些不足之处。抗战进入相持阶段后通过整理支部,恢复或新建了一批支部、确立了大量模范支部和党员、改造了支部党员的成分比例,从而有效地改善了农村支部的组织状况。从抗战时期农村支部的运行实态来看,中共的确在某种程度上存在上层与下层的脱节、应然与实然的张力,中共之所以能取得成功,正在于它勇于正视问题、善于改正错误,使形势朝着对自己有利的方向发展。

The CPC rural branches developed very quickly during the War against Japanese Aggression and reached a very high level of popularization in the rural society of the base areas. However, there were still some deficiencies in the leadership of higher Party committees and the organizational situation and work performance of these branches. In the consolidation of the branches after the war entered the stage of stalemate, a group of branches were restored or newly set up, a large number of model branches and Party members emerged and the composition of Party members in the branches was changed, thereby effectively improving the organization of the rural branches. Judged by the actual operation of the rural Party branches, there did exist the problems of divorce of higher organizations from the branches and the tension between what should be and what actually was. But the CPC won the final victory because it faced the problems squarely, worked hard to solve them and changed the situation in its favor.
