心脏大血管与心律失常

Major vessels of cardiovascular system and arrhythmia

摘要 虽然心律失常起源于心室肌或心房肌,但是因为心脏大血管与心脏在解剖、形态学、电生理等方面有着千丝万缕的联系,自从1997年Jais等报道了由肺静脉的异位激动引起的阵发性心房颤动(房颤),并在消融这些异位激动后成功地终止了阵发性房颤,心脏大血管与心律失常的关系就越来越受到人们的关注。本文就近年来这方面的研究作一综述。
