摘要
结合我国某火电企业"上大压小"人员分流安置情况,阐述了"上大压小"的重要意义,分析了分流人员形成的原因及分流工作中存在的阻力与问题,分别针对分流人员、分流企业、政府提出了相应的解决措施,积极稳妥地做好分流人员的安置工作,以实现企业可持续发展与员工自身发展的和谐关系。
Based on the actualities of the reposition of redundant employees in a certain thermal power enterprise following adoption of "build the large-sized generating assets while closing the small-sized" practice, this paper firstly elaborates the significance of the practice in terms of environmental protection and the enterprise development, and analyzes the causes for the redundancy and the existing obstructions in the redundancy redirection. Feasible measures are proposed respectively for the enterprise and the individuals in question and the government departments in addressing the problems arising therefore in a bid to help reassign the redundant personnel smoothly and achieve a win-win solution for the sustainable development of an enterprise and the individual career development of the staff.
