摘要 介绍了国外分布式发电的情况,分析了几个典型国家发展分布式发电的情况、相关经验与政策措施。分布式发电可促进资源的节约利用,有利于环境保护;分布式电源的发展,有利于提高电网的供电安全;在我国现有电力系统发展的条件下,适度发展分布式发电可提高电力系统的可靠性和灵活性。 This paper reviews the latest international development in distributed generation with an in-depth analysis on the state quo, expertise and policies adopted by major players. Distributed generation facilitates resource conservation and environmental protection, and the improvement of the power supply security. Given the current conditions of the power system development, developing distributed generation moderately helps to improve the reliability and flexibility of the power system.
