电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定正常人全血中铁、铜等10种元素 被引量:5

摘要 目的:应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定正常人血中10种金属元素含量,了解我国正常人群血中微量元素的本底值。方法:采集正常人的全血,分别用硝酸消化、以1%硝酸溶液定容和以10%硝酸溶液提取后离心两种方法处理样品,应用ICP-OES测定,检测铁、铜、锌、铬、铅、锶、硼;将上述检测溶液稀释10倍后检测镁、钙、磷。结果:各元素线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9992,加标回收率均大于75%,RSD均小于10%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适合大批量全血样品中多种微量元素的检测。 Objective:Ten metal elements in blood were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Methods: The blood samples were collected and treated with two methods respectively.One digested by nitric acid and constant volume by 1% nitric acid.The other was extracted with 10% nitric acid solution and centrifugalized.Fe,Cu,Zn,Cr,Pb,Sr and B in the sample solutions were determined by ICP-OES and Mg,Ca and P in the sample solutions were diluted to tenfold and determined by ICP-OES.Results: The Linear relationships of all elements were good.The correlation coefficients were better than 0.9992.Recovery was better than 75%.RSD was less than 10%.Conclusion: The method was simple,sensitive and accurate and it could be used to determine multi-trace elements in batches of blood.
