电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食盐中痕量铅 被引量:3

Determination of trace lead in salt by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定食盐中痕量铅的方法。方法:以209Bi为内标元素校准基体效应及信号漂移,调节仪器测定参数,外标法绘制工作曲线。结果:该方法对食盐中铅的检出限为0.5μg/L,相对标准偏差1.7%-3.6%,回收率在95%-109%之间。结论:该方法具有灵敏度高,操作简便快速,检出限低,精密度好的特点,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。 Objective:To establish an ICP-MS method to determine the trace lead in salt.Methods:209Bi was used as internal standards for eliminating matrix effect and signal drift and the instrument′s parameters were adjusted to good state.External calibration was applied for making calibration curve.Results:The limit of detection for lead in salt was 0.5 μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 1.7%~3.6% and recovery rate was 95%~109%.Conclusion:It was showed that this method was sensitive,rapid with good accuracy,precision and low detection limit.It was a high efficient and feasible method which can be used for detection of lead in salt.
