摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中1,1,2-三氯三氟乙烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法:空气样品经活性炭管采集、二硫化碳溶剂解吸后进样分析,经SPB-1毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。按照《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求进行实验室试验及现场实验。结果:本法在7.8-1563.5μg/m l浓度范围内线性良好;相关系数0.9997;方法检出限为0.64 ng(进样1μl);方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为0.24%-3.23%;平均解吸效率为(94.1±4.7)%;样品在活性炭管中稳定,至少可保存7 d。结论:该方法快速、灵敏和准确,各项指标均达到《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求。
Objective:A gas chromatographic method with flame ionization detection(FID) has been developed for determination of 1,2,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane in workplace air.Methods: The method is based on the adsorption of 1,2,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane on activated charcoal,desorption with carbon disulfide and analysis of the obtained solution by capillary gas chromatography with flame ionization detection(FID).Results: A sensitive and robust linear calibration concentration of the method ranges from 7.8 μg/ml to 1563.5 μg/ml.The detection limit was 0.64 ng for 1,2,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane.The relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged form 0.24% to 3.23%.The average desorption efficiency for 1,2,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane from activated charcoal was(94.1±4.7)%.The samples could be stably stored for at least 7 days.Conclusion: This method is conformed with the requirements of the "Guide for establishing occupational health standards-Part 4: Determination methods of air chemicals in workplace".It is feasible for determination of 1,2,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane in the workplace air.
