头孢类曲松钠对部分生化检验结果的干扰 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究头孢类曲松钠对部分生化项目的体外分析干扰。方法:将头孢类曲松钠用生理盐水稀释成不同浓度分别加入到正常混合血清中,以正常混合血清为对照组,在自动生化分析仪上分别测定各组的ALT、AST、CK、LDH、P、AM值,将结果进行统计学处理。结果:头孢类曲松钠对对CK、LDH、P的测定有正向干扰,对ALT、AST、AM测定有负相干扰。结论:头孢类曲松钠干扰ALT、AST、CK、LDH、P、AM的测定,希望引起大家对药物干扰化学测定的重视。 Objective:To study the in vitro interfernce of ceftriaxone sodium on some clinical biochemical tests.Methods: Ceftriaxone sodium was serially diluted into different concentrations which were separately added into mixed normal serum.With the mixed normal serumas control,ALT,AST,CK,LDH,P,AM in each group were detected simultaneously by automatic biochemistry analyser.The results were statistically treated with SPSS 13.0 statistic software.Results: Ceftriaxone sodium showed strong positive interference on CK,LDH and P assay,but negative interference on ALT,AST and AM assays.Conclusion: Ceftriaxone sodium interferes serum CK,LDH,LDH,ALT,AST and AM assays.
