平谷区健康成人血清肌酐参考值的建立 被引量:2

The establishment of the serum creatinine reference value among the health adults in Pinggu District

摘要 目的:建立平谷区肌氨酸氧化酶法测定健康成人血清肌酐的参考值范围。方法:采用肌氨酸氧化酶法测定1448名健康成人血清中的肌酐浓度,并按年龄、性别进行分组统计。结果:血清肌酐参考值男性为56.8-97.2μmol/L;女性〈30岁组为44.0-71.4μmol/L,30~59岁组为42.2-77.4μmol/L,≥60岁组为42.8-85.5μmol/L。结论:建立了本地区健康成人血清肌酐参考值范围,为相关疾病的诊断及疗效观测提供相应参数。 Objective:To establish the reference range of serum creatinine which measured by the sarcosine oxidase method a- mong health adults in Pinggu District. Methods: To determine the serum creatinine in 1448 health adults using the sarcosine oxi- dase method, according to age and gender to divide the data into two groups for statistical analysis. Results: The reference range of serum creatinine in men is 56.8 -97.2 μmol/L. In women the figure is 44.0 - 71.4 μmol/L in the age group of under 30 years old. Moreover, in the age groups for women of 39 - 59 years and over 60 years the range is 42.2 - 77.4 μmoL/L and 42.8 -85.5 μmol/L respectively. Conclusion: Set up the reference range of serum creatinine among health adults in Pinggu District, therefore provides the relevant parameter to diagnosing the related diseases and observing the curative effect.
