Analysis of bacterial food poisoning of Haining from 2004 to 2009

摘要 目的:了解本市近几年来食物中毒事件中致病菌污染情况,为发生食物中毒事件时采样、检验和预防提供科学依据。方法:按照GB/T 4789的方法,对采样标本进行致病菌分离和鉴定。结果:在41起食物中毒中,检出率为82.9%,检出率最高为副溶血性弧菌,占43.9%,依次为沙门菌和致病性大肠埃希菌,占14.6%和7.3%;食物中毒主要发生在第二季度和第三季度,占总发生率的46.3%和31.7%。结论:我市食物中毒以副溶血性弧菌为主,多发生在二、三季度,农村发生率远大于城市,做好预防和宣传工作。 Objective:Investigation of food poisoning pathogen pollution in recent years of the city,to provide a scientific basis for the sampling of food poisoning incidents,testing and prevention.Methods: Reference to the GB/T 4789 method,isolated and identified pathogens of specimens.Results:Among 41 food poisoning incident,the detection rate was82.9%,the highest for the detection was Vibrio parahaemolyticus,accounting for 43.9%,followed by Salmonella and pathogenic Escherichia coli,accounting for 14.6% and 7.3%.Food poisoning occurred mainly in the second quarter and third quarter,and accounted for 46.3% and 31.7%.Conclusion:The main pathogen of food poisoning in our city was Vibrio parahaemolyticus which occured in the second and third quarter,the incidence in rural areas than cities,it need do a good job of prevention and advocacy efforts.
