摘要
本试验研究的是镀液中主盐浓度对镁合金表面化学镀Ni-P合金的影响,着重探讨主盐在镀液成分中的作用,通过试验不同主盐浓度对镀速和镀层形貌的影响,利用扫描电镜观察了不同主盐浓度的镀层形貌,利用能谱仪分析了镀层中的P含量,得出主盐的最佳浓度。研究结果表明,当ρ(NiSO4)=20g/L时,镀速最大,而且镀层均匀、密实,组织细腻,性能良好。镀层明显提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性。
The concentration of primary salt used for chemical Ni-P plating on magnesium alloy has been investigated.The salt function in bath solution and the effect of salt concentration on the morphology of plating has been studied.The morphology of the plating layer produced with different concentration of the salt has been observed by scanning electron microscope.The Pcontent in the plating layer has been analyzed by spectrometer.The optimum salt content has been found.The result shows that when ρ(NiSO4)=20 g/L,the plating rate is the highest,the plating layer is homogeneous and compact,the construction is fine and smooth,the properties are excellent.The plating increases the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy obviously.
