基底节区脑出血患者早期死亡的危险因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基底节区脑出血患者早期死亡的危险因素。方法收集2008年我院住院的143例急性基底节区脑出血患者的临床资料,以患者2周时的预后情况为评估指标,采用Logistic回归分析法,对可能影响患者早期死亡的15项指标进行单因素和多因素统计分析。结果与基底节区脑出血患者早期死亡有关的危险因素有年龄(P=0.047)、入院时意识状态(P=0.026)、出血量(P=0.024)、血清白蛋白(P=0.044)。结论高龄、入院时意识障碍严重、出血量大、低蛋白血症是脑出血患者早期死亡的独立危险因素。 Objective The risk factors of early death were analyzed for the patients of basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Clinical informations of 143 acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were collected at Zhongshan Hospital in 2008. Their conditions were assessed after two weeks of their hospitalization. Using logistic regression analysis, the 15 indicators, which may affect early death of patients were analyzed with univariate and multivariate statistical analysis respectively. Results Risk factors of early death in cerebral hemorrhage patients were age ( P =0. 047 ) , the state of consciousness on admission(P =0. 026), bleeding(P =0. 024), serum albumin(P =0. 044). Conclusion Senior citizens, a serious disturbance of consciousness on admission, large amount of bleeding, hypoproteinemia in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage are independent risk factors for early death.
