摘要
近年来,亚低温治疗对外伤性颅脑损伤和缺血性神经损伤保护作用的研究倍受关注。但是机体核心体温通常受到自身体温调节系统的严格控制,这使得亚低温诱导治疗非常困难。如果对抗这些防御机制强行降温则会引起机体自主活动和明显的应激反应,使低温诱导延迟、疗效降低甚至造成不良后果。因此,如何应用药物钝化体温调节防御机制对抗或降低机体抵抗及应激反应发生,是保证整个亚低温治疗阶段最关键的环节之一。本文重点回顾正常的体温调节机制并讨论药物对体温调节防御机制的影响。
Recently, the study on the treatment of mild hypothermia protecting the traumatic and ischemic brain injury has been paid more and more attention. However, the core temperature of the body is usually controlled so strictly by their own temperature regulation system that the induction therapy of mild hypothermia is carried out difficultly. If these defense mechanisms are forced to reduce the temperature, the body activity autonomously and apparent stress reaction is caused to delay the hypothermia induction, decline the effectiveness, even some bad effects. Hence, how to inactivate the body temperature regulation system with drugs to fight or drop the body resistance and stress reaction is one of the most key processes to assure the treatment of mild hypothermia. This article focuses on reviewing the normal temperature regulation system and discusses the effect of temperature regulation defense mechanism caused by the drugs.
