Analysis and Study on the Ratio of Absorbance (353nm/303nm) of Nitrendipine

尼群地平不稳定，在不同条件下其吸收度比值下降，对此应做进一步的全面考查，并严格规定测定条件和合理的吸收度比值范围，根据其不稳定的性质，增加有关物质的检查。

A distinct variation of the ratio of absorbance at 353nm and 303nm was observed in three batches of nitrendipine under various condition. This result was caused by the stability of nitrendipine and shown that the quality control method should be studied, the reasonable range of absorbance ratio should be formulated, and the relative substance should be controlled.
