目的运用PDCA循环的理论和方法,提高医院药品采购供应工作的管理质量。方法按照PDCA循环的计划、执行、检查、控制程序,实现对我院药品采购供应的全面质量管理与控制。结果与结论应用PDCA循环,大大提高了药品采购供应的管理水平和工作效率,有效地降低了缺陷率。

Objective To improve the management quality of medicine purchase and supply applying the PDCA cycle theory and method.Methods Realize the total quality management and control according to the PDCA cycle method including plan,do,check,action.Results and Conclusion Applying the PDCA cycle theory has realized management level and work efficiency have been greatly improved in the medicine purchase and supply;the defect rate of medicine supply has been effectually reduced.
