摘要
目的加强医疗机构处方点评管理。方法从处方点评对象、目标制定、实施步骤、点评处方的选择及处方点评的影响因素等多个层面,分析处方点评过程中存在的问题与对策。结果在针对医师的处方点评中,需要制定合理的目标与实施步骤,扩大处方点评药物的选择范围,注意处方点评效果的相关因素。结论应充分发挥药师的专业特长,在处方点评过程中与其他医务人员通力协作,这是有效实施《处方点评规范》的关键。
Objective To strengthen the management of prescription evaluation in hospital.Methods The problems and countermeasures about performing prescription evaluation were analysed from various aspects of prescriber,objectives,steps,prescription＇s choice and influence factors.Results In the prescription evaluation process against prescriber,it was necessary to develop reseanable objectives and steps,expand the range of evaluated prescription and note influence factors of successful prescription evaluation.Conclusion The keys to perform well presciption evaluation are that the expertises of pharmacists are emphasized and the pharmacists should work collaboratively with other members of the health care team in the ongoing process of prescription evaluation.
