不同生长时期温莪术11种金属元素含量测定与分析 被引量:4

Analysis and determination of 11 elements in Curcuma wenyujin collected at different developmental periods

摘要 目的:检测不同生长时期温莪术中常量与微量元素变化规律,为药源的开发和利用提供依据。方法:采用微波消解,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)及原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定温莪术11种常量与微量元素,并用主成分投影方法对不同生长时期样品的金属代谢模式进行分析。结果:显示温莪术中Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu和Zn元素等元素含量较丰富,在考察的生长时期内温莪术中Cu积累量基本保持不变,但Ni、Fe积累量波动较大,此外莪术中还存在微量的元素Se。主成分分析表明,温莪术中金属物质代谢可以分为二类模式。结论:该法为探讨温莪术无机元素的积累关系及进一步研究温莪术元素与生长状态的关系提供了依据。 Objective:To study 11 metallic elements variation in Curcuma wenyujin collected from different harvest times and develop further drug resources.Methods:The content of elements Fe,Mg,Ca,Ni,Mn,Cu,Al,Cd,Co,Se and Zn were determined by atomic emission spectrometry(AES) and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Results:The content of Ca,Mg,Mn,Cu and Zn was higher than that of other elements.During the developmental periods of Curcuma wenyujin,the content of element Cu closely kept a constant,while the content of elements Ni,Fe fluctuated up and down.In addition,there was a trace element Se in Curcuma wenyujin.The results of principal component analysis indicated mineral metabolism of Curcuma wenyujin can be divided two clusters and elements Ca,Mg,Al,Mn and Zn had an important impact on classes.Conclusion:It provided useful data for discussing the relationship between the accumulative content of elements in Curcuma wenyujin and its developmental periods,and for studying the relationship between the elements in Curcuma wenyujin and the cure for diseases.
