摘要 目的:建立人参药材中21种有机氯类农药残留量的测定方法。方法:采用水-丙酮(1∶2)作为提取溶剂,再用正己烷萃取,以Florisil柱净化,采用GC-ECD,双柱法测定21种有机氯农药残留量。结果:21种有机氯在0.89~1690μg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限在0.001~2.23μg·L-1之间,此方法3个水平的平均加样回收率(n=9)在85.4%~115.4%之间,RSD在11.3%~19.0%之间。结论:方法简便,可作为人参药材中有机氯农药残留的检验方法。 Objective:To establish a new method for determination of the residue of 21 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in ginseng.Methods:The samples were extracted by water-actone (1:2,v/v),and then partition with n-hexane,respectively,the extract was purified by florisil SPE column,and GC-ECD and the dual column were employed to determine the 21 OCPS residue.Results:There were good linear relationships over the range of 0.89-1690 μg·L-1 for 21 OCPs.The detection limit is between 0.001-2.23 μg·L-1.The percentage recoveries from the samples (n=9) at three level was between 85.4%-115.4%,RSD was between 11.3%-19.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The established method is simple,it can be used to determine the 21 OCPs in ginseng.
