摘要
目的:建立胆香鼻炎片质量标准。方法:采用显微法对鹅不食草进行鉴别,采用TLC对猪胆粉、广藿香、白芷、山银花进行鉴别;用HPLC法测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm。结果:显微特征明显,TLC色谱斑点清晰;欧前胡素在0.0487μg~0.5844μg的范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为98.5%(RSD为2.1%)。结论:本法准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a Danxiang Biyan tablets quality standards.Methods:The micro-method Centipeda to identify,using TLC on Suis Fellis Pulvis,patchouli,Angelica,Shan Yin-hua for identification;by HPLC determination of Angelica Central Imperatorin the content column for the Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength of 250 nm.Results:The microscopic features of clear,TLC chromatographic spots were clear;Imperatorin in the range of 0.0487 μg-0.5844 μg good linearity (r=0.9998),the average recovery (n=6) of 98.5% (RSD=2.1%).Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable,and can be used for the preparation of quality control.
