摘要
“数学双基”自20世纪50年代初提出以来，伴随着新中国的成长逐渐形成了自己的教学特色。我国的“双基”教学理论是开放的理论体系，在继承传统特色的同时也需要注意吸收国外的优秀经验。继承数学“双基”教学的传统优势，并克服数学“双基”教学本身存在的局限，是当前数学教育研究的一个重要课题。
Mathematical double-base proposed in 1950s gradually formed its own teaching characteristics along with the growth of new China. The theory of ＂mathematical double-base＂ is the open theoretical theory . We should accept the good experiences of the foreign countries while we carry forward the tradition. It is an important research topic of present mathematics education to inherit the traditional superiority of mathematics double-base and overcome the limite of it.
