摘要
评价素养是教师的核心专业素养之一。教师是评价领域的实践者,但却缺乏评价素养。教师之所以缺乏评价素养,与教师培养与培训对评价素养的忽视有关。台湾“评量人才养成工作坊”项目是根据台湾地区学生学习成就评量资料库(TASA)建设的需要运行,更反映了评价专业化的需求,旨在提升台湾地区教师使用、运用多元评量及纸笔测验命题技巧的能力。深入分析该项目的运行机制,能为我国大陆教师培训提供借鉴,更期待引起对教师评价素养的重视。
Evaluation literacy is one of the core professional literacy of teachers. Teachers are the greatest practitioners in the field of evaluation, but they are the greatest missing ones. One of the reasons is the neglect of the training of evaluation literacy in teacher education. Taiwan's "Assessment Talent Workshop" (TATW) reflects the specialized needs of the evaluation, which aim is to enhance the ability of teachers in Taiwan to use, apply multiple assessments and paper-pencil test skills. Deeply analyzing operational mechanism of TATW can provide references for Chinese Mainland, and also make us attach more importance to teachers' evaluation literacy.
