综合疗法治疗高位肛瘘86例的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of the Combined Therapy in the Treatment of High Anal Fistula of 86 Cases

为探讨综合疗法治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效，采用切开挂线术联合术后生肌散外敷创口、祛毒汤熏洗坐浴治疗高位肛瘘86例。结果显示，痊愈84例（97．7％），好转2例（2．3％），总有效率为100％。平均疗程为21d。结果表明，切开挂线术联合术后生肌散外敷创口、祛毒汤熏洗坐浴治疗高位肛瘘疗效满意。

For the objective of investigating clinical effect of the combined therapy in the treatment of high anal fistula, authors adopted the following combined therapy for 86 cases of high anal fistula： incision thread-drawing,then Shengji San（ointment for promoting tissue growth） compressed on the wound exter- nally,fuming ~ washing sitz bath with Qudu Tang（Decoction for removing toxicity）. As results,84 cases （97.7%） were cured, 2 cases were improved（2. 3%）, total effective rate was 100%; average treatment course was 21 days. Results show that above-mentioned combined therapy has satisfactory therapeutic effect for high anal fistula.
