电针白环俞结合中药液坐浴防治混合痔术后并发症60例临床观察

Electroacupuncture on Baihuanshu Point Combined with Sitz Bath with Chinese Traditional Drugs for Preven- ting ＆ Treating Complication Following the Operation for 60 Patients of Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察电针白环俞结合中药液坐浴防治混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效，将120例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组（电针白环俞结合中药坐浴）和对照组（不予预防性处理），各60例，进行临床对照分析。结果显示，治疗组在改善肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿方面疗效均优于对照组，且术后尿潴留发生率低于对照组。结果表明，电针白环俞结合中药液坐浴防治混合痔术后并发症疗效肯定。

For the objective of observing the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on Baihuanshu point combined sitz bath with Chinese traditional drugs for preventing ＆ treating postoperative complication of mixed hemorrhoids the 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（i, e above-mentioned com- bined therapy） and controlled group（without prophylactic management）, 60 cases/per group;the outcomes of both groups were compared each other. As results, in improvement of anal pain and anal-edge edema the efficacy of treatment group was all superior to controlled group, while postoperative urinary retention rate was lower than that controlled group. These results show that the efficacy of above-mentioned combined therapy for preventing ＆ treating postoperative complication of mixed hemorrhoids has certain therapeutic effect.
