身体是非物质文化遗产的一个重要支点,也是非物质文化遗产分类的逻辑起点。非物质文化遗产以人为本体、以人为主体、以人为载体、以人为活体,是通向身体哲学的身体遗产。非物质文化遗产的身体性可以分为五个层级,非物质文化遗产因此具有鲜活、生动、深刻的哲学根性和意蕴,遗产的身体和身体的遗产揭示着非物质文化遗产保护和研究的最深刻的奥秘和意义。

Human body itself is an important fulcrum of the Intangible Cultural Heritage（ICH）,and is also the logical starting point of its category.The ICH takes the body as its noumenon,its subject,its carrier,its living body,and is the gateway to the philosophy of body.The physical nature of the ICH can be divided into five levels and therefore it has fresh,vivid,profound philosophical meaning and essence.Heritage body and body heritage reveals the most profound mystery and meaning of the protection and research of intangible cultural heritage.
