摘要
介绍了在两硬煤质、倾角为15°~25°工况下使用的ZY4400/10/20型大倾角液压支架的结构设计,其顶梁、掩护梁、底座和前后连杆均采用整体箱形结构;并介绍了支架的焊接和制造工艺。现场使用表明,该液压支架应用情况良好,社会及经济效益显著。
The paper introduced the structure of ZY4400/10/20 hydraulic support with large obliquity, which was used in the hard coal seam of obliquity of15°- 25°. Its top beam, shield beam, base as well as front and rear tie rod are all structured as integral box. In addition, welding and manufacturing technology of housing were introduced also. Field services show that the hydraulic support operates well and obtains obvious social and economic benefits.
