摘要
针对U形通风系统采煤工作面风流结构特点及旋转射流具有扩散角大、吸卷能力强的特性,提出了利用旋转射流风机处理采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的新方法。根据采煤工作面特殊环境要求,给出了旋转射流风机的设计方法,并应用流体软件对旋转射流风机的应用进行了模拟。结果表明,旋转射流风机处理采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚具有明显效果,为旋转射流风机在采煤工作面上的实际应用提供了理论依据。
In view of the structural characteristics of airflow of U-shaped ventilation system on the mining face as well as wide spread angle and excellent entrainment ability of rotary jet, the paper presented a new method of dealing with gas accumulated in the upper corner of mining faces. According to the special environment requirements on the mining face, the designed scheme of rotary-jet ventilator was put out, and the application of rotary jet ventilator was simulated with FLUENT. The simulation results show that the rotary jet ventilator is very effective in preventing gas accumulation in the upper corner of mining faces, which provides a theoretical reference for the practical application of the rotary jet ventilator on mining faces.
