摘要 常规的矿用绞车试验方法采用塔式配重机械传动方式,该设备笨重、占地面积大,而且测试出来的绞车某些性能数据存在缺陷。笔者所介绍的是一种由工控机控制,采用测功机作为负载的绞车试验装置,该装置结构简单,工作可靠,使用方便。 The conventional testing method for mine winch uses mechanical transmission with tower counterbalance, which is very massive and occupies large area, as well as brings about imprecise performance data of the winch. In the paper, a testing device for the winch was introduced, which was controlled by industrial computer and took dynamometer as load. The device has simple structure, and operates reliably and be easy to use.
