摘要
根据一起提升机断轴事故的案例,从运动学和动力学计算着手,对断轴处在最大受力时的应力状况,以及切向键槽、变径轴肩所产生的应力集中进行了分析,给出了断轴原因的结论,提出了改进和防止同类事故发生的措施。
A hoist shaft breaking accident serving as the example, the paper carried out the kinematic and dynamic analysis on the stress status at breaking shaft while the shaft was carrying the maximum load, as well as stress centralized on the tangential key groove and shaft shoulder. The cause of shaft breaking was concluded, and the improvement and prevention measures were offered also.
