摘要
龙门起重机动态性能的优劣,直接影响到起重机工作的可靠性和效率。传统的经验设计方法很难掌握龙门起重机的动力学特性变化规律,采用有限元方法建立龙门起重机物理模型,对龙门起重机结构进行模态分析,确定龙门起重机的前4阶固有频率和振型,从而了解现有结构振动的不稳定因素,为龙门起重机的结构设计提供了一种行之有效的分析方法。
Dynamic performance of gantry crane directly affects the reliability and efficiency of crane. It is difficult to control the dynamic performances of gantry crane with the traditional design method. After build- ing the physical model of gantry crane with FME, the modal analysis was carried out, and the previous natural frequencies and vibration modes of the gantry crane were obtained. Thus, the instable factors brought about structural vibration were learned, and an effective method of analyzing the structural design of gantry crane was presented.
