The paper introduced two kinds of control style, control with relay and with PLC, used for the belt conveyor during crushing and concentrating operation, and contrasted various electrical troubleshooting methods. In addition, it analysed the troubleshooting advantages with PLC control, and offered the suggestion on reducing electrical troubleshooting ratio.
