摘要 介绍了铜山矿现用选矿厂房和设备的现状以及破磨生产流程,提出改用新型球磨机即可单台完成破磨生产任务;将破磨、铜硫浮选、铁磁选和尾沙输送安装在现用地基稳固的碎矿和球磨厂房内,利用现有设施实施矿浆自流的方案。它与半自磨加球磨和平地建新选矿厂的方案相比,基建费用减少,生产单耗降低,还可减少钢球、材料和备件的消耗。 The paper introduced the current building and equipments and the grinding process flow of Tongshan Mining Company, and proposed to use single new-type ball mill to accomplish grinding operation. Moreover, the grinding, copper-sulfur flotation, iron magnetic concentration and tailings transportation equipments were installed in the existing crushing and grinding building with sound foundation, thus the automatic flow of slurry was realized with present facilities. Contrasted with the addition of grinding ball into semi-autogenous grinding mill and establishment of concentrator on a new floor area, the cost of capital construction and unit power consumption reduced, and the consumption of grinding ball, material and spare parts decreased as well.
