组织气候对心理资本与工作态度关系的统计检验 被引量:2

摘要 文章通过对277名企业员工的实证研究,采用回归分析和中介效应检验程序,探讨了组织气候对员工心理资本与工作态度关系的中介作用。结果表明:组织气候对希望与组织承诺之间关系的中介效应不显著,组织气候对希望与工作满意、工作投入之间关系的中介效应显著;组织气候对乐观和组织承诺、工作满意和工作投入之间关系的中介效应显著;组织气候对坚韧性和组织承诺、工作满意和工作投入之间关系的中介效应显著。
