摘要 以高产优质苎麻品种"中苎一号"为材料,研究了扦插苗打顶处理对苎麻低位分枝苗光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:嫩梢扦插打顶处理可极显著提高叶片中的叶绿素含量、比叶重(SLW)、净同化率(NAR)、净光合速率(Pn)。 Taking quality ramie variety "Zhongzhu No.1" as experimental material,the effects of topping treatment of cutting seedling on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of ramie low branches cutting seedling were studied.The results showed that applying topping treatment to shoot cutting seedling could significantly increase the chlorophyll content,the specific leaf weight(SLW),the net assimilation rate(NAR) and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in leaf.
