木霉的分离和对辣椒白绢病致病菌的抑制效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 分离并鉴定了辣椒白绢病致病菌和对其有拮抗作用的13株木霉菌,用对峙实验筛选得到最强抑菌效果的13号菌菌株。此外,研究了外界条件对13号菌生长状态的影响,结果显示:13号木霉菌是一株较能耐热、耐酸性菌,环境温度达到50℃时也能生长,在中性或偏酸性环境下,木霉生长速度极快,在偏碱性的条件下生长则会受到抑制;光照时间是影响木霉生长的一个重要因素,每天强日光照射6 h不会对木霉生长产生影响,光照9 h以上则会对木霉起抑制作用。 Pathogens of pepper southern blight and 13 strains of Trichoderma which have antagonistic effect on pepper southern blight were isolated and identified.The 13th strain of Trichoderma which has the strongest inhibitory effect was obtained by confrontation test.The impact of external conditions on the growth of 13th strain of Trichoderma was also studied.The results indicated that the 13th strain of Trichoderma is a heat resistant and acid proof strain,which can grow at temperature of 50℃ and grow fast in neutral or acidic environment,but its growth would be inhibited in the alkaline condition.The illumination time was also an important factor to impact the growth of Trichoderma,six hours of strong sunlight had no impact on growth of it,but more than nine hours will inhibit its growth.
