环绕加热湿法消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中的镉含量

Determination of Cadmium in Rice by GF-AAS and Wet digestion with Rounding Heating

采用环绕加热式湿法消解,用磷酸铵基体作为改进剂,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中镉含量。结果表明：这一改进的方法测定大米中镉含量,精密度（n=7）在1.0%-1.2%之间,回收率在96%-98%之间。

The sample was treated by wet digestion method with a rounding heating,and using GF-AAS to determine cadmium content in rice.The results showed that the value of RSD（n=7） and the recovery rate of this modified method were in a range of 1.0%~1.2% and in a range of 96%~98%,respectively.
