摘要
以桑椹果渣为原料,对其进行真空干燥和真空冷冻干燥,采用4种不同提取方法比较研究了桑椹果渣中总多酚的含量及其还原能力。结果表明:总多酚含量和还原能力的高低顺序均为:超声波辅助提取法>微波辅助提取法>索氏提取法>超临界CO2流体萃取法,且真空冷冻干燥得到多酚提取物的总多酚含量和还原能力均高于真空干燥处理的原料。
The mulberry dregs were used as raw materials and the low-temperature vacuum drying and vacuum freeze-drying were conducted to it.Four kinds of different extraction methods were used to examine the total polyphenol content of mulberry dregs and its restore ability,and then compared to each other.The results showed that the order of the total polyphenol content and restore ability was Ultrasonic assisted extraction method〉Microwave assisted extraction method 〉Soxhiet extraction method 〉Supercritical CO2 extraction method,and the total phenol content and reducing power of polyphenol extracts that obtained from vacuum freeze-drying method were higher than that obtained from vacuum drying method.
